This year, at High Point Market, the largest event in the world for interior designers and retailers in the interior design and home furnishing industries, marked Uttermost’s 50th anniversary – a milestone our team commemorated with a huge celebration. Not only did we celebrate 50 years in business, but we also celebrated what’s to come, including the launch of our new Outdoor Collection.

As you can expect, Spring Market at High Point was extra special this year. We threw a giant celebration for our customers, complete with fun activities, custom merch, and a special toast from our President, Mac Cooper. Uttermost’s 50th anniversary was not just a celebration of how far we’ve come – it was a celebration of the launch of our highly anticipated Outdoor Collection – something we’ve never done before. This debut demonstrates how far our innovation and craftsmanship have taken us, and how we continually push the boundaries of furniture design.

At the celebration, President Mac Cooper commemorated our 50th anniversary by delivering a heartfelt toast to the guests. Together, they raised a glass to “growth, mutual success, and continuation of the Uttermost values,” all of which have held true for five decades.
While we’ve grown from a small, family-owned business half a century ago, we’re still committed to the same values: faith, family, and excellent craftsmanship, all of which we get to honor with our admired team at this symbolic event.

At the celebration, custom 50th Anniversary Uttermost merchandise could be found everywhere, adding a special, personalized touch to the event. Everywhere you looked, you could find custom sunglasses, cookies, and our biggest hit – tote bags. The custom tote bag patch bar was bustling all day where attendees could customize up to three patches of their choosing. The Uttermost swag, participation, and creativity, truly captured the spirit of the celebration.
We rounded out the occasion with some music, photos, corn hole, and specialty cocktails for our guests. Partygoers could enjoy music from a DJ throughout the event while playing a friendly game of corn hole. There was also a photo booth, where attendees could capture some of their best memories from the event to take home.
The event was a perfect way to commemorate our 50th year in operation. We loved having the opportunity to celebrate with our employees, sales representatives, and customers – those we couldn’t have accomplished so much without. We look forward to celebrating the next 50 years with continued innovation and growth.
